Our documentation and record checks include formal application form and photo, criminal record check, two references, and medical certificate.
However, we also offer additional services, to save you time include providing a personalised letter of invitation and family contract, specific to your family requirements. In our experience, a lot of families do not have time or the inclination to write their letter of invitation or complete a formal contract between the family and Au Pair. Moreover, for complete peace of mind, Rainbow Au Pairs have produced a legal contract (prepared by a team of lawyers specialising in employment law) to ensure your Au Pair family contract is as prescriptive and risk free as it can be.
